August 31, 2011 -- Forest Sunlight

I take my Lumix almost everywhere, and when I don't I know I have my iPhone. In this case I was doing a forest preserve ride. It was late afternoon and the sun was spilling in its low way through the trees. It appeared to be one of those perfect moments. I wish I had had a tripod and my D200....
But I did have my Lumix. So I stopped, wiped the sweat and managed to capture a few shots on auto mode. This was the best. I did a bit of neutral density filter adjustment using Phototools 2.6 to cut the glare at the top and allow the brightness come through below.
