Neither Scott nor I discussed Pearl Harbor Day, but later I reflected on the fact that we both have been through some interesting and difficult times since that 1941 event that changed the US. But Scott and I don't usually talk about such things. Usually I ask him about his son, to whom he is devoted. And then we talk about his work and mine. Scott is the major domo in the CME office at the UIC College of Medicine.
